Position Overview
We are seeking service-driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Virtual Customer Care Travel this role you will assist clients with travel planning booking coordination reservation updates and customer support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others communicating professionally and working independently. No prior travel industry experience is required comprehensive training and certification are provided.
Key Responsibilities
