Job Summary
Porters willmaintainthecleanlinessof the branded locationat all includesweepingall debris from the floor andensuringthe floorisdry and free of andplaced in theback of the house to be alldebris and trash (bottles napkins etc.)arecollectedand disposed of appropriately and anybiohazardspillsare cleared andcleanedin a timely mannerwhileobservinghealth andbranded locationguidelines.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONSOFTHEPOSITIONINCLUDEBUTARENOTLIMITEDTO:
Anticipate and accommodate allteammembersandguestsneeds
Provide help training and support to all fellowteam members
Possess general knowledge of all food/beverage menus and general informationaboutthebranded location
Possess general knowledge of all retail merchandise (where applicable)
Complies withDepartmentof Health standards
Complies withall Tao Group Hospitality safety codes and standards
Ensures the maintenance general cleanlinessand orderliness of thebranded location
Reports all breakageanddamage of equipment or furnitureimmediatelyto management
Proper removal and storage of garbage dirtyservice wareand linens
Ensures all walkways are swept moppedand clear of debris
Proper use of cleaning chemicals soapsand suppliesisessential
Properlyset upbranded locations sanitation areas perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management including:
Stocks stations with prescribed supplies
Performs opening side-work as prescribed
Performs closing side-work as prescribed
Attends andparticipatesin daily pre-service meetings
Participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings
Learn by listeningobservingother team membersand sharing knowledge while leading by example
Portrays a positive and professional attitude
Demonstrates knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality its partnersand supporting hotel environments
Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members
Assistand/ orcompleteadditionaltasks as assigned
TRAININGREQUIREMENTS:
TaoGroupHospitalityin-venue porter training
EDUCATION/WORKINGKNOWLEDGE:
- Experience in hospitality or high volume restaurants
SKILLS/PHYSICALDEMANDS/WORKENVIRONMENT/SCHEDULE:

- Ability to read write and verbally communicate
- Must have good positive energy throughout the day
