Job Summary

Our client XEN technologys is looking for Lead Account Executive in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to address client needs proactively and effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to build productive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a relevant field.
