Job Summary
Position: Content Moderator (Romanian)
Location: Porto Portugal (on-site)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: MondaySunday 09:0018:00 (rotating shifts 2 days off) Evening shift (13:0022:00) will be introduced soon.
What You Will Do:
As a Content Moderator you will review analyze and take appropriate action on user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. Please note that this role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content requiring strong emotional resilience and balance.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Romanian (C2) with good English (B2)
- Resilience to handle sensitive material responsibly
Offer & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1000/month (x14 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 Per working Day
- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
