About the Role:
We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead a structural and strategic function within Frontall. This is not a traditional HR role.
This position connects culture retention performance and client experience with direct exposure to the U.S. market. This is a seat-at-the-table role not a back-office HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy & Culture
- Define and execute Frontalls People & Culture strategy aligned with business growth
- Translate People First into measurable competitive advantage
- Hiring and onboarding new internal employees as well as tracking their career path within the company.
- Connect organizational culture to retention performance and client satisfaction
- Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement (endomarketing) initiatives
- Partner with Directors and Heads of Departments on strategic workforce decisions
Organizational Structure Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and maintain structured job architecture salary bands and benefits strategies
- Ensure market competitiveness (Brazil & U.S. contexts)
- Support promotion compensation adjustments and succession planning decisions
- Contribute to variable compensation and incentive models when applicable
Data Governance & Systems
- Implement and lead People Analytics
- Develop and track HR KPIs (turnover engagement performance productivity)
- Oversee and improve time tracking and attendance control systems
- Structure and manage Organizational Development (OD/DHO) initiatives
- Prepare executive reports to support data-driven decision-making
Leadership Development
- Develop and support managers and team leaders
- Structure performance evaluation and feedback processes
- Lead difficult conversations with maturity and objectivity
- Strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization
Talent Acquisition & Client Interface
- Support the Recruitment & Selection team (Brazil and U.S.)
- Participate in strategic meetings with U.S. clients
- Support Frontalls international expansion
- Travel as required for client meetings and strategic initiatives
