Our Med Surg Service Line offers a dynamic environment where youll gain experience across 8 specialty units caring for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and needs. These units support patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions giving you the opportunity to build a strong foundation in diverse clinical skills.While youll have a home unit we believe in cross-training to broaden your expertise and confidence in caring for patients with varying conditions comorbidities and procedures. Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent experience with licensure).
Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice; must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire.
Additional certifications may be required based on unit (ACLS PALS PEARS S.T.A.B.L.E. IV Certification within 1 year).
