Mercy is seeking a Nurse Navigator to be the driving force behind exceptional patient this role youll mentor caregivers coordinate care plans and ensure patients receive safe timely and high-quality care. From pre-op education to discharge planning and follow-up youll be the connector that makes the patient journey seamless.

Support and guide care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes; Coordinate patient care plans and discharge planning.

Promote best practices safety and efficiency across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Serve as a resource and set the standard for professional excellence.

Position Details:

Nurse Navigator Mercy South: Heart & Vascular EP (Electrophysiology)
Location:Mercy 10012 Kennerly Rd St. Louis MO 63128
Schedule:Full-Time 40 hours/week Day Shift

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of Missouri.

  • Required Education:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Required Certifications:Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

  • Preferred Certifications: ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support
