Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Help patients with feeding and hydration as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient and attentive to patient needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks including lifting and repositioning patients
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and infection control practices
