Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Procurement Specialist for an in-office role supporting construction/restoration operations across Florida territories. This is a hands-on position focused on high-volume purchasing vendor coordination and supporting project teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage high-volume purchase orders
Ensure accurate cost coding and project alignment
Coordinate with vendors on pricing availability and deliveries
Track PO status approvals and timelines
Support Project Managers and field teams with urgent requests
Maintain procurement logs spreadsheets and documentation
Assist with invoice matching and vendor onboarding
Qualifications:
3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
Construction or restoration industry experience (required)
Strong PO management and multi-project support experience
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
Highly organized and detail-oriented
In-office role No travel required Fast-paced team environment
