Responsibilities
- Prospect build pipeline and close new business
- Partner with referral sources (CPAs brokers bankers advisors)
- Conduct discovery present solutions negotiate and close
- Build relationships with owners CFOs HR and operations leaders
Youll report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Payroll Territory Manager including joint appointments during ramp-up.
Qualifications:
- 2 years B2B sales (payroll HR tech SaaS or similar)
- Proven SMB/mid-market success and quota attainment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Purposely created to be the most competitive compensation models in the payroll industry
- Competitive base during ramp (36 months)
- 40% commission on signed deals
- 15% lifetime residuals performance bonuses
- No income cap
