Job Summary
Contract RN Occupational Health Services
Location: Logansport IN
Contract Term: 3 Months (Extension Possible)
Shift: Days Onsite
Hourly Rate: $48/hour (W2)
Schedule Details
- Early shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Standard shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
(Schedules include rotating Saturdays)
Job Overview
A healthcare-focused organization is looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver occupational health services in an onsite setting. The RN will support employee well-being by providing emergency care injury treatment and required medical assessments for new hires.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care for occupational and non-occupational issues
- Perform emergency response and minor treatment services
- Complete post-offer medical screenings
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records
- Follow all safety compliance and privacy guidelines
- Assist with additional assigned tasks
Required Credentials
- Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana
- License must be active and unrestricted
- Prior occupational health experience preferred
