Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Powder Coat Painter for 1st shift at their facility in Taylor MI. Must have Steel Toed Work Boots be able to load/unload 50# steel parts repeatedly and organize for packaging. Will also need to monitor the machine/parts through the powder coat line to ensure even distribution of powder.

Required skills:

Technical Knowledge - Familiar with the Powder Coating application and electrostatic process

Attention to detail

Physical Stamina - Ability to stand for long periods of time work in varying temperatures and lift up to 55lbs regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience - 1 year minimum

Knowledge of pretreatment process (Iron Phosphate wash)

Work Environment:

Fast paced manufacturing environment

Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable N95 respirators
