As a Production Artist within Brand & Integrated Marketing you will play a critical role in producing and adapting visual content for both print and digital media with a focus on localized field marketing. You will work closely with the internal creative and marketing teams to ensure that all creative assets including layouts text and graphics are accurately created and tailored to resonate with target audiences. Your ability to manage the technical and creative aspects of production while ensuring localized customization will be key to maintaining brand consistency and developing vital business-driving communications across markets. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adapt and localize visual assets from existing creative. Developing new solutions as necessary.
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure digital assets meet platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow creative team members to dynamically solve creative challenges execute on a concept and follow through on projects.
- Serve as brand steward by applying Thrivent design standards to all materials.
- Perform quality control checks before delivery of materials to localization team/compliance for final review.
- Promptly address any adjustments to final documents based on compliance review as needed.
- Follow a project workflow and timeline to ensure projects progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain organized digital files of all projects and assets for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of current trends and production techniques.
- Support and contribute to additional creative projects based on team capacity and priorities.
This role will be working with business partners project managers and creative team members to help define design and production requirements and will need to influence production decisions using their expertise.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Associate degree or bachelors degree (preferred) and 5 years of experience in graphic arts including layout photography illustration and designing for online audiences.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma).
- Thorough knowledge of the production of advertising marketing and promotional materials.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while multi-tasking adhering to sometimes tight deadlines while maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to manage ambiguity work autonomously and multi-task with an agile mindset.
- High standard of quality control.
- Excellent communication skillsincluding tact active listening and consulting abilities.
- Proactive attitude towards anticipating concerns and finding solutions.
- Experience developing creative content within a regulated industry a plus. Experience within financial services or financial products ideal.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $26.53 - $35.90 per hour which factors in various geographic regions.
