Virtual Service Salesは担当エリアにおけるPCS製品麻酔器モニター関連等のペイシェントケアソリューション製品群のサービス保守契約以下MSAMaintenance Service Agreementビジネスの管理運営と成長に責任を持ちます今後保守ビジネスへの顧客ニーズは多様化します自身がエリア顧客のニーズをしっかりと理解しVirtual Service Sales Leaderが定める戦略のもとでMSAビジネスを推進します各ブロックエリアMSAリーダーエリアサービスリーダーフィールドサービスエンジニアチャネルパートナーと連携し保守契約の確実な更新Renewal新規獲得Price-upグレードアップ契約Up Sellの案件管理と実行を促進します

Roles and Responsibilities

Virtual Service Sales Leaderのもとでサービス組織の財務的コミットメントを確実に達成するために販売活動を行う
担当エリアにおけるPCS製品の保守契約を架電による営業活動を行いオンタイムでの保守更新MSA Renewalや新規獲得Price-upUp Sellを実行する
担当部門PCS製品その他ありのMSAセールスやフィールドサービスエンジニア機器営業チーム販売店本社マーケティング部門と緊密に連携してビジネスの成長を支え担当エリアにおける保守ビジネスの売上と利益目標の達成に貢献する
担当エリアのMSAセールスがより顧客訪問による付加価値を提供できるようサービスセールスチーム全体の営業生産性の向上に貢献する
CRMへの顧客状況の入力MSAセールスチームへの情報連携見積作成契約書作成依頼等の業務を行う

Required Qualifications

顧客と架電での交渉が行えるネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
優れた対人関係スキル自信を持って強い主体性を発揮するチームプレーヤー
サービス部門もしくは営業部門における営業経験または医療関連分野のサービスエンジニアとしての3年以上の経験
フィールド経験に基づき社内および顧客への影響力を持った一定の交渉能力
顧客のために必要なことを実行するために社内関係者と連携をとる対人関係スキル
高いコンプライアンス意識

Desired Characteristics

インサイドセールス/テレセールスの経験
ビジネス会話筆記英語スキル
変化を恐れず変革に取り組みかつ個人として優れたプロセス指向
