Youll not only bring top recruiters onto our platform but also ensure they achieve their first successful placement. Your Mission
- Own the Full Partnership Journey: Identify engage and onboard exceptional recruiters and boutique agencies
- Drive Partner Success: Guide new partners to their first hire ensuring they become power users of the platform
- Build Your Pipeline: Run sophisticated outbound campaigns to continuously grow our recruiter network
- Curate Quality: Maintain high standards for who joins our exclusive ecosystem
- Scale What Works: Develop repeatable playbooks that can scale to thousands of partners
Youre Perfect For This If You Have
Required Experience
- 2-8 years in growth/sales roles at fast-paced startups (No more than 10 yrs exp)
- Proven outbound expertise- youve built your own pipeline from scratch
- SMB sales backgroundpreferred (Enterprise AEs typically arent the right fit)
- Track record of excellence: quota crusher Presidents Club rapid promotions
