Your Mission

  • Own the Full Partnership Journey: Identify engage and onboard exceptional recruiters and boutique agencies
  • Drive Partner Success: Guide new partners to their first hire ensuring they become power users of the platform
  • Build Your Pipeline: Run sophisticated outbound campaigns to continuously grow our recruiter network
  • Curate Quality: Maintain high standards for who joins our exclusive ecosystem
  • Scale What Works: Develop repeatable playbooks that can scale to thousands of partners

Youre Perfect For This If You Have

Required Experience

  • 2-8 years in growth/sales roles at fast-paced startups (No more than 10 yrs exp)
  • Proven outbound expertise- youve built your own pipeline from scratch
  • SMB sales backgroundpreferred (Enterprise AEs typically arent the right fit)
  • Track record of excellence: quota crusher Presidents Club rapid promotions

  • Familiarity with modern GTM stack (Attio Clay Smartlead)
