Location: Porto Hipercentro Areosa Business Park
Hybrid Model: (3 days in office)
Duration: 6 months
Application Close Date: Wednesday 18^th February

Start date: Monday 11th March

IEFP fixed monthly gross amount of 1181.69

In ourTAX department you will learn how to do and participate in the activities of the Tax team including the preparation of Indirect tax returns and workpapers organizing tax payments and tax accounts reconciliations providing support and responses to Tax Authorities queries tax audits internal requests and supporting projects.

By the end of the internship you will have the knowledge and ability to execute the Tax processes including for example the submission of Tax declarations (e.g. VAT EC Sales List Intrastat etc.) providing answers toTax Authorities queriesand internal requests.

What Youll Learn & Do:

As part of the TAX department youll get hands-on experience and actively support our team in:

Preparing Indirect tax returns and supporting documents
Organizing tax payments and reconciling tax accounts
Assisting with queries from Tax Authorities tax audits and internal requests
Participating in projects that impact real business outcomes

By the end of the internship youll know how to manage Tax processes from A to Z including the submission of declarations and responding to audits.

What Were Looking For:

Analytical mindset & attention to detail
Comfort using Excel and willing to learn more skills
Intermediate English
Recent graduate eligible for an IEFP internship with a degree in Tax Accounting or a Management degree which has included Tax in the course
Motivated to learn grow and take ownership
Great communicator and team player
