Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day management maintenance and security of the school site
Carrying out routine health & safety checks including fire alarms and emergency lighting
Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining accurate site records
Managing contractors and supervising site-related projects
Coordinating repairs maintenance works and minor improvement projects
Supporting school events and occasional out-of-hours site requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience as a Premises Manager Site Manager or Caretaker
Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance regulations
Practical maintenance and DIY skills
The ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively to site issues
Strong organisational and communication skills
A reliable professional and proactive approach
