Senior Consultant or Manager, Indirect Tax

We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager with significant GST expertise to join our Indirect Tax team in Perth working directly under the guidance of a new this role you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary group of tax professionals who possess outstanding technical and industry knowledge. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape and grow the Indirect Tax practice from the ground up advance your career in GST/indirect taxes and develop a diverse set of skills while delivering solutions to clients.

Candidates with experience in fuel tax and/or state taxes will also have the opportunity to further develop this area of specialisation as part of the expanding team.

In this role you will be given the opportunity to:

• Learn about your clients the industry in which they work and their business objectives while developing your client management skills

About You

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience within professional services law firm or a regulatory environment (Government or Industry).

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting Business or Law

• Demonstrated experience working in a Professional Services Legal firm or the ATO

• Excellent client advisory and communication skills

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively as part of a team

• Australian/NZ Citizenship Australian/NZ Permanent Residency or fulltime working rights
