As a Support Engineer you are the first point of contact for on-site IT support. You ensure that employee workplaces laptops printers mobile phones and general connectivity function smoothly across our office and retail locations. This role focuses on end-user IT support not core infrastructure management.
You will:
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees (laptops printers phones peripherals);
- Set up move and maintain user workplaces (docking stations monitors keyboards etc.);
- Support basic connectivity issues (Wi-Fi VPN network access) and escalate when needed;
- Manage company mobile phones and provide basic app support;
- Handle service desk tickets within SLA and document solutions;
- Maintain hardware inventory and prepare devices for reuse/recycling.
- Provide IT support for Venlo and Utrecht offices as well as the physical stores in Tilburg and Zaandam;
- Coordinate with central IT and external vendors for issues outside the roles scope;
We offer:
- 25 vacation days increasing with time of service with the option to purchase 10 additional days;

You have:
- Hands-on IT support experience in a user-facing environment;

- Willingness to travel occasionally between locations;
- Fluency in Dutch and English;
- Driving License;
