Role Summary
Werelooking for motivated and customeroriented IT professionals to join our IT Service Desk this role you will support employees across our entire organizationas well as our customerslocatedall over the globe. Whether you are starting your IT career or already have solid experience this position offers excellent opportunities to learn grow and contribute to delivering highquality IT support in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents
- Provide onsite IT support for employees and equipment
- Perform technical support tasks connected to SAP systems
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Update and enhance internal knowledge base materials
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide rootcause insights
- Assist in implementing IT service improvements and best practices
Your Experience and Skills
- Experience working in an IT support or service desk environment
- Solid written and spoken English skills required for working with clients
- Handson experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure AD) Exchange Online Intune device management or M365 administration
- Strong sense of integrity confidentiality and fairness
- Effective time management and teamwork abilities
- Advanced problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Clear concise communication across digital and facetoface channels
- Empathy patience and ability to support diverse user groups
- Customerservice mindset with a proactive approach
- Adaptability to varying tasks issues and service volumes
