Role Summary
Werelooking for motivated and customeroriented IT professionals to join our IT Service Desk this role you will support employees across our entire organizationas well as our customerslocatedall over the globe. Whether you are starting your IT career or already have solid experience this position offers excellent opportunities to learn grow and contribute to delivering highquality IT support in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Process and resolve IT service requests and incidents
- Provide local onsite IT assistance to employees
- Support technical tasks related to SAP systems
- Ensure positive communication and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge base content
- Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues when needed
- Contribute to continuous service improvement activities
Your Experience and Skills
- Interest in IT and motivation to learn quickly in a support environment
- Solid written and spoken English required for working with clients
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Azure AD Exchange Online or Intune
- High integrity confidentiality and fairness in daily tasks
- Strong teamwork and timemanagement abilities
- Analytical thinking and basic troubleshooting skills
- Clear and confident communication in person and via digital tools
- Empathy patience and comfort working with diverse teams
- Customeroriented mindset and proactive attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and workloads
