Your Tasks

Your primary responsibility will be to provide vital operational and administrative support centering on the rebates settlement process. You will support the Controlling Credit & Collection teams by ensuring accurate complete and compliant financial documentation and reconciliation. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of financial processes and fostering effective communication between the commercial team and clients.

Key Duties

Assist in executing and monitoring the monthly rebates settlement activities ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines.
Prepare and update reconciliation files by liaising closely with commercial departments and customers maintaining transparency and alignment.
Analyze invoice folios meticulously against agreed commercial terms to identify variances and resolve issues efficiently.
Effectively manage the retrieval sorting and validation of invoices obtained from electronic customer portals ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Support administrative tasks within the Credit & Collection and Controlling teams promoting smooth operational workflow.
Ensure that all financial data provided for internal controls and audits is well-organized timely and reliable.
Actively contribute to improving financial processes and documentation standards within your scope of work.

Candidate Profile

Academic Background:

High School Diploma completion is mandatory with preference for candidates who have pursued technical or administrative educational tracks.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles combined with administrative expertise to manage financial documentation effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Excel including the use of formulas pivot tables and other data management tools to handle complex datasets and reporting requirements.

Professional Attributes:

Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail to accurately process and reconcile financial data.
Demonstrated service-oriented attitude showing commitment to supporting internal teams and external clients effectively.
