Join us as a Boomi Renewals Representative on our Renewals team in Barcelona to do the
best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to effectively drive optimal renewal
rates.
Prepare process and track renewal Opportunities and Quotes and contracts ensuring
accuracy in Salesforce.
Drive forecast and secure on-time renewals to meet or exceed revenue and retention
targets including price increases and multi-year contracts.
Partner with the Account Team (CSM and Account Manager) to assess account health
address customer issues and identify renewal-driven upsell opportunities.
Work closely with the Account Team along with Finance Legal and Operations to
ensure a smooth renewal process.
Essential Requirements
Prior experience working in Renewals Account Management Operations or Customer
Success role within Software or Technology Sales.
Experience using .
Attention to detail and process are imperative; Team Player with collaborative mindset.
Track record of over-achieving goals/quota in past positions.
Strong math written and verbal communications skills.
Preferable
Software sales experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS).
