The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Civil Construction practice specialising in white-collar permanent recruitment.
This is a warm desk opportunity ideal for someone who loves business development and relationship building and wants the autonomy to grow an already established portfolio while expanding into new client partnerships.
Youll operate in a high-impact role where your market expertise commercial mindset and ability to win and nurture business will be highly valued. Working alongside a collaborative national team youll play a key role in strengthening S&Yous presence across the civil construction sector.

What Were Looking For
- Proven success in agency recruitment ideally within civil construction or infrastructure
- Experience recruiting white-collar permanent roles (engineering project management commercial etc.)
- Strong client connectivity with a genuine passion for business development
- Confidence owning growing and strategically expanding a warm desk
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven commercially minded and motivated by results
- A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to team culture and performance
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates
