In this role youll own a broad scope of responsibilities that underscore your leadership in patient-centered care. Core duties include evaluating patients physical function developing and updating individualized treatment plans and implementing interventions such as therapeutic exercise manual therapy neuromuscular re-education gait and balance training and assistive device prescription and training. Youll document progress communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and provide patient and caregiver education to support long-term outcomes. Collaboration will be a daily activitysharing insights with occupational therapists speech-language pathologists and nurses to ensure cohesive care plans. Youll also contribute to treatment progression decisions discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.
