Job Summary
Retail Management Internship
The RetailManagement Intern will play an active role in supporting the Bavarian Innsmulti-entity Retail Operations team gaining hands-on experience across high-traffichospitality retail environments including specialty shops gift stores bakeryoutlets and branded merchandise locations.
Thisimmersive role goes beyond the sales floor offering real-world exposure toend-to-end retail operations including merchandising strategy guestexperience inventory planning supply chain coordination purchasingpromotions and team leadership development. Interns will learn how productsmove from vendors to shelves how inventory impacts profitability and how operationaldecisions directly influence both the guest experience and business performancewithin a destination resort setting.
Thispaid internship is ideal for students pursuing Retail Management HospitalityBusiness Operations or Supply Chain Management who want practicalresume-building experience with an established fast-paced retail brand servingthousands of guests each week.
