Job Summary

Location: Onsite - Located at our Corporate Headquarters in Freeburg MO.

Employment Type: FullTime MondayFriday

Are you a detaildriven accounting or finance professional who enjoys transforming data into meaningful business insights Quaker is looking for a Costing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate product costing pricing support and financial analysis across our operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is analytical collaborative and eager to work crossfunctionally with manufacturing engineering purchasing product management IT and accounting teams.

What Youll Do

As a Costing Analyst you will:

Product Costing & Pricing

Analyze review and update monthly product component costs.
Support pricing initiatives and provide costrelated guidance as needed.

Parts & Inventory Analysis

Ensure accuracy of cost data for new and existing components.
Evaluate vendor/part relationships and identify cost drivers.
Understand and support inventory valuation processes including product structures work centers labor requirements and cost rollups.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

Serve as a liaison across multiple departments on product costing matters.
Produce reports comparing pricing profitability standard vs. actual costs and improvement opportunities.

Ongoing Responsibilities

Plan prioritize and manage cost review activities.
Complete tasks and projects on time while communicating effectively via email and in person.
Maintain regular onsite attendance and professional interaction with staff.
Follow all safety requirements including PPE guidelines when visiting production areas.

Education & Experience

Associates Degree required; Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of costing experience may be considered in place of an Associates Degree.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and data analysis.
Understanding of cost accounting inventory practices and database/file structures.
Experience with Bills of Material (BOM) and labor costing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
High attention to detail problemsolving ability and commitment to confidentiality.
