Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Process repair inductions and closures for TADS/M-TADS assets at offsite depots or suppliers.
-
Process hardware requests supporting inducted repairs at repair depots.
-
Manage kit deliveries to support fielding schedules coordinating with Production and Configuration Data Management teams.
-
Process obsolete or unrepairable assets for excess/scrap disposition.
-
Oversee general office operations.
-
Produce reports compose correspondence and draft new contracts.
-
Collaborate with various USG Program Sustainment and Repair Operations teams.
-
Operate forklifts pallet stackers and box trucks (non-CDL) with up to 40 lbs lift gates.
-
Handle lifting of up to 35 lbs safely.
-
Ensure compliance with packaging standards for both commercial and military shipments.
-
Work within cross-functional IPT teams.
-
Follow Army supply regulations and program-specific procedures.
-
Track and maintain inventory records using management software.
Requirements:
-
3 5 years experience: forklift/pallet stacker operation warehousing box truck operation MS Office applications.
-
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Valid U.S. drivers license.
-
Logistics Business Administration or related technical degree (or equivalent work experience).
-
Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
-
3 5 years experience: packaging items for commercial/military shipment shipping/receiving operations inventory management software understanding of U.S. Army supply operations and regulations.
-
Prior military experience is a plus.
-
Ability to multitask establish priorities and meet contractual requirements.
-
Experience working in a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
