Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Job Summary
The Retention Support specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work directly with clients to manage inquiries and resolve issues while employing effective retention strategies. Day-to-Day Duties
- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and support requests professionally and promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and create proactive retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and proactively prevent churn.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and propose innovative solutions to enhance retention efforts.
Must-Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment and adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in a customer support or retention role ideally within the FinTech sector.
- Familiarity with data analysis and customer insights.
- Knowledge of credit processing and Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) is a plus.
