Experience Required:
Background: HR/Psychology/Training/Event Management with 3-8 years experience; a Masters degree in Psychology/Sociology/Management/Communication preferred.
Project Management: Outstanding project management and delivery skills.
Facilitation: Experience in facilitation training and public speaking.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office strong PowerPoint (or other presentation software) infographics and video creation skills (using SharePoint Canva Photoshop etc).
Your Key Responsibilities:
Program Curation: Design and roll out initiatives that reinforce the Amdocs culture and drive employee engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team members across functions to enhance the employee life experience.
Event Management: Take ownership of various employee initiatives managing details coordinating and facilitating programs and events.
Content Development: Create compelling contentwritten videos infographics presentationsthat tells a captivating story and engages the target audience.
Continuous Learning: Extend your knowledge in areas critical to this role such as Psychology Sociology and trends to create best practices within Amdocs India.
Objective Achievement: Ensure programs and projects meet their goals develop strategies for risk mitigation and address challenges.
Data Analysis: Collate and analyze data to identify gaps and patterns creating concise management reports.
Brand Development: Develop a distinctive program brand and lead outreach efforts to employees.
Process Optimization: Streamline work processes and leverage best practices across projects.
