Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position starting in September 2026 at Tetra Pak Packaging Solution S.p.A. Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Modena but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
- Execute test verification and validation activities on Filling Machines and Test Rigs analysing machine behaviour process parameters and PLC logic (Rockwell and Beckhoff)
- Manage data collection interpretation and reporting producing clear test specifications documentation and statistics
- Support troubleshooting machine rebuilding and issue resolution in collaboration with production and market teams
- Contribute to the development of new mechatronic solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Team driving implementations through customer External Technology Verifications and Field Tests
We believe you have
- A recent Mechanical Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong passion for mechatronics with a proactive hands on maker attitude and interest in automation PLCs mechanics and pneumatics.
- Good analytical skills problem solving ability and willingness to work in the test hall and production environment.
- A collaborative mindset effective communication skills and eagerness to learn in a multidisciplinary technical team.
- Fluency in Italian and English written and spoken.
