Why this role matters
In this role youll be the key bridge between operations and ITmaking sure our warehouse and shipping systems meet real-world needs while staying aligned with global IT standards. Youll help shape how healthcare moves from warehouse to patient.
Key responsibilities
- Lead thedesign testing and rolloutof HELIXour next-generation global platform for order and warehouse management
- Propose test and implement smart solutions that improve ourhealthcare logistics systems including WMS and shipping platforms
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements supportingcompliance and operational excellence
- Work directly with clients operations teams engineers quality control and global IT to deliver high-impact solutions
- Manage cross-functional projects with a high degree ofownership and visibility
- Receive dedicated training onhealthcare compliance systemsand UPSs digital tools

Your qualifications & experience
- Education:a degree in Business Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Computer Science or similar
- Experience:1 year in supply chain logistics or consulting roles. Healthcare logistics experience is a big plus
- Tech & Systems:familiar with SCM systems (SAP WMS TMS); strong in MS Office; Visio SQL and Access are a plus
- Mindset:analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Language:fluent English (written and spoken)
- Mobility:willingness to travel as needed
