Youre target-driven highly organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across regions. Youre analytical detail-oriented and thrive in a structured process-driven environment.
What youll be doing(and why youll enjoy it)
Youll take full responsibility for meeting monthly collection targets across Sub-Saharan Africa proactively calling clients to secure outstanding payments and reducing overdue balances. Youll resolve queries efficiently to ensure timeous payment allocation update cashflow forecasts prepare and process foreign payments and manage intercompany payables. Your role will include monthly receivables and payables reconciliations generating reports for senior leadership including CFO level and supporting legal handovers where necessary. Youll also contribute to reviewing and updating liquidity policies while building strong relationships with internal managers and departments.

Whatyoull need
A minimum of 5 years Credit Management or Bookkeeping experience including previous team leadership exposure. A completed Credit Management or Bookkeeping Diploma/Degree is non-negotiable along with Grade 12. Youll need medium-to-advanced MS Excel skills and proven experience managing collections reconciliations foreign payments and intercompany accounts.
