Responsibilities
- Client prospecting including Bids and Tenders - Analyze tenders and recommend pricing structure
- Preparation of promotional material as needed
- Setting appointments
- Attending site visits with clients & Sales Manager
- Developing pricing proposals
- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
- Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
- Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects
- Create and submit estimate reports quote sheets and bids forms
- Liaise consult and communicate with engineers architects owners contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Organized
- Punctual
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
- Self motivated
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Comfortable using Microsoft software (Word PowerPoint Excel) Operate CADD and other computer software systems
- Valid G class License
Qualifications (additional)
Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset
