Qué harás como EHS Leader en Sealed Air
Como EHS Leader en Sealed Air serás responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento integral de las normativas de Higiene Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en nuestras operaciones de Quilmes Argentina asegurando la implementación de las políticas globales de EHS el cumplimiento de la legislación local vigente y la protección de nuestros colaboradores instalaciones y productos bajo la estrategia global de ZERO HARM.
Por qué te necesitamos
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la Ley 19.587 de Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo y sus Decretos Reglamentarios 351/79 y 1338/96 así como normativas ambientales de Argentina.
- Administrar la matriz legal (iluminación ruido ASP ergonomía PAT y continuidad particulado entre otros) y asegurar el cumplimiento ante organismos como OPDS SRT Municipales y AYSA.
- Implementar y monitorear las políticas globales de EHS de Sealed Air incluyendo la estrategia ZERO HARM.
- Coordinar auditorías inspecciones e investigaciones de accidentes asegurando la correcta documentación y planes de acción.
- Liderar la formación y capacitación del personal interno y externo incluyendo la Brigada de Emergencia y el programa anual de capacitaciones.
- Gestionar proveedores servicio médico de planta presupuesto anual del área EHS y procesos administrativos en SAP.
- Implementar procedimientos críticos de seguridad como Espacios Confinados Trabajo en Altura y LOTO.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad e inocuidad del producto incluyendo conocimiento y ejecución de BPM y administración de plataformas como Driver Safety SAIRS Near Miss BBS AirCheck Telemetría y Global SC Sustainability.
