DeLaval is now looking for a Logistics Team Leader in Rosario Argentina

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Team Leader to join our team in Rosario Argentina being responsible for orchestrate the end-to-end flow of Trade Compliance Order Management and Transportation. Your mission is to build a high-performing culture by aligning team efforts with our global strategic vision.

You wont just manage tasks; you will empower your team bridge the gap between senior management and operations and ensure a seamless compliant and efficient supply chain. You are the catalyst for operational excellence and the primary advocate for your teams development.

National and international travel will be necessary for trainings and meetings.

Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and develop the Logistics Operations team to build a highperformance culture aligned with global strategy.
Ensure full compliance with global regional and local trade regulations maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness.
Oversee end-to-end order management securing accuracy timeliness and exceptional customer experience.
Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes removing bottlenecks and enhancing operational efficiency.
Manage daily transportation activities ensuring costeffective compliant and reliable movement of goods across LATAM.
Track key operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to elevate performance standards.
Act as the main connection between senior management and operations ensuring alignment and clarity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Finance Operations Global Logistics) to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Translate global supply chain strategies into regional execution plans and lead change adoption.
Represent the logistics function in leadership discussions providing insights recommendations and visibility into team performance.

Experience and knowledge:

Fluent English (required); Portuguese recommended.
University degree in Trade Compliance Logistics Supply Chain or related fields.
Experience in logistics trade compliance or related operational areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and SAP.
Strong solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues proactively.
