Job Summary: The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes throughout the peri-procedural process.

Responsibilities
Provide pre- intra- and post-procedural nursing care for interventional radiology patients.
Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients during procedures.
Administer medications and conscious sedation as ordered.
Initiate and manage IV therapy and assist with invasive procedures.
Document care accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of critical care experience.
Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience.
Minimum 2 years of conscious sedation experience.
One contract only no extension.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Certifications
AHA BLS.
AHA ACLS.

License
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Primary Source Verification through NYSED.
