- Analyze budget variances track spending trends and provide financial insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies including management of vendor expenditures.
- Develop maintain and improve efficient IT budget reporting processes.
- Establish and enforce budgetary policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
