Role: CRM Techno Functional Consultant

Exp: 5 years

Location: Bangalore & Pune

Notice: Immediate to 30 days

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional CRM Consultant who will lead the design customization and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional understanding combined with hands on technical development capability in D365 CRM / CRM 2015.

Responsibilities

Lead the design development and deployment of end to end CRM solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Customize CRM applications using configuration workflows plugins JavaScript custom entities and business rules.
Design and develop data models integrations automation processes and custom modules.
Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs middleware custom connectors or ETL tools.
Conduct code reviews ensure coding standards and deliver high quality stable solutions.
Provide CRM functional expertise in areas such as Sales Customer Service Marketing Case Management and Business Process Flows.
Work closely with BA QA and business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Perform system testing UAT support troubleshooting and production deployment activities.
Ensure secure optimized and scalable CRM configurations and integrations.

Key Skills Technical Skills

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (D365)
Microsoft CRM 2015 / 2016
Customization & development:
- Plugins (C#) Workflows
- JavaScript Web Resources
- Power Automate (nice to have)
API based integrations (REST SOAP)
Experience with ETL tools or middleware (KingswaySoft SSIS Azure Integration Services)

Functional Skills

Strong knowledge of CRM Sales Service Marketing modules
Requirement analysis & solution design
Business Process Flow (BPF) configuration
Functional documentation (FDD BRD FRD)
End user training & UAT support

Experience

5 years of relevant experience in CRM techno functional roles.
Experience in both functional consulting and technical development for CRM implementations.

Good to Have

Knowledge of Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI
Azure DevOps CI/CD exposure
Certification in MB 210 / MB 220 / MB 230 / MB 600
