• ExecutingsystematicE2Evaluegenerationassessmentsversus blueskyscenarioscollaboratingwithValueArchitectsSupply&Logistics and BusinessUnitstoidentifyoperationallogistics andcommercialimprovementopportunities.

• Buildingandensuringcrossbusinesstransparencyonvaluedrivers and performance gapsenablingsharedunderstandingandalignmentonvaluelevers.

• Trackingprogressand performanceofcrossbusinessinitiativesgeneratingregularreportsonvaluerealizationrisks anddeviations.

• CalculatingE2EKPIsrelatedtoVCU (ValueChainUplift) and IDM (IntegratedDeliveryMetrics)tosupportdecisionmakingandvaluecapture.

• Identifyingvalueleakagerootcauses andsupportingthedevelopmentofactionablemitigationplansgroundedincommercialoperational andmarketinsights.

• SupportingprioritizationframeworksandbusinesscasedevelopmenttoguidewhereCIshouldfocuseffortandresources.

• PartneringwithCIdepartments(CBD&I IP&VCO ISC&L andOperationalExcellence) and BusinessUnitstoensurealignedfactbasedexecutionacrossthevaluechain.

Who arewelookingfor

Education

• BachelorsdegreeinEngineering ChemicalEngineering Business/Economyorsimilar disciplines.

Languages

• English (workingproficiency).

• Additionallanguages() are a plus.

Experience

• 5yearsofexperienceinoptimizationstrategyvaluemanagementplanningorseniorcommercial/operationalroleswithintheenergyindustry.

• UnderstandingoftheEnergy sector andthecompanysBusinessUnits(TradingCommercialAreas Energy ParksChemicals etc.).

• ExperiencewithLinearProgrammingtobuildblueskyscenarioscombinedwithknowledgeofmarketdynamicscommercialoperations andproductionoperationstodetectvalueleakageopportunities.

• StrongE2Eunderstandingofvaluechainsandtheireconomicssupportedbyexperienceinbusinesscasedevelopmentandprioritizationframeworks.

• StronganalyticalcapabilitiestoidentifyinefficienciesandproposesolutionstomaximizevalueacrosstheE2Echain.
