Systems Advancement Program Support Specialist
Reports to: Director of Workforce Learning & Development
Location: Remote with occasional travel required to Middle and East Tennessee. Applicants must live in Middle or East Tennessee.
The primary function of this position is to support the technical and administrative needs of the Systems Advancement Team (SAT) and the Director of Workforce Learning & Development.

ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each others professional goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with internal and external partners on scheduling for SAT initiatives.
- Provide technical support and assistance to SAT staff and consultants via virtual platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Assist with multiple assignments related to the learning and development portion of ABHS such as training agendas materials and other project management documents.
- Complete various tasks as identified in programmatic deliverables for grant activity such as but not limited to progress updates communication with internal and external partners.
- Collaborates with SAT ABHS and other projects to support the development implementation and evaluation of statewide and national grant associated programs.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication.
- Strong organizational and self direction skills are critical.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various sectors and levels. Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
- Capability to work on multiple intersecting and ongoing projects at once and ability to shift between multiple streams of work.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience working in early childhood services or organizational management preferred.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite including Word (Docs) and Excel (Sheets).
