The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in WA
- BLS certification
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 2 years minimum of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
Special Considerations:
- Level II Trauma Center
- Scrub Color: Any (no reddish orange permitted)
Scheduling:
- 5x8 Days Monday-Friday
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 week period
- Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
