Job Summary

Job Title: Java Developer (Spring Boot Kubernetes Oracle PL/SQL 13 to 17 Years Exp)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience in architecting and building web-based applications and RESTful services using Java Hibernate Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including OpenShift Kubernetes Helm and Docker with the ability to configure containers deploy applications and integrate distributed system components across multiple containers.
Experience implementing application logging and centralized log aggregation using Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch/Kibana) and SLF4J.
Strong background in implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth OIDC SAML and Spring Security.
Experience developing and maintaining automated test suites using tools such as JUnit and Selenium including diagnosing and resolving test failures and application defects.
Practical experience working in a DevOps CI/CD environment utilizing GitLab and Maven for source control build management and pipeline configuration.
Experience modernizing applications by upgrading outdated dependencies eliminating redundant libraries and refactoring code to align with updated frameworks and standards.
Experience deploying configuring and administering applications on application servers such as Tomcat and JBoss EAP.
Strong experience in Oracle database development using PL/SQL including creating and maintaining stored procedures functions triggers views and packages.
Knowledge of secure coding best practices including identifying and mitigating common security vulnerabilities such as those defined in the OWASP Top 10.
