We are looking for a Captain based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Captain we rely on you to:
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the sections appointed
監督並確保所負責部門之日常運作順暢 - Provide excellent service to members and guests according to club standard
根據會所標準為會員及賓客提供優質服務 - To handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints
處理並採取適當行動處理任何會員投訴 - Ensure hygiene cleanliness and is responsible for the maintenance of the restaurant to the highest standard
確保衛生及清潔並負責將餐廳維持於最高標準 - Ensure that all materials equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
確保正確使用設備並定期清潔 - Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigne
協助處理臨時安排的工作
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3years experience in Food & Beverage industry
最少三年餐飲業相關工作經驗 - Strong managerial abilities in people management strategic planning and decision making
具備良好的領導能力策略規劃及決策能力 - Good communication and interpersonal skills
具備良好的溝通及人際關係技巧 - Excellent command of English Cantonese &Mandarin
良好的英語廣東話及普通話能力
