仕事内容ご経験障がいの特性により応相談
当社の一部署の事務作業のサポートをお願いします最初は少しずつの分量から初めて頂き将来的にはさらに業務範囲を増やしていければと思います
- 契約書の製本捺印発送発送後の履歴をシステムに入力
- 部署宛の荷物の受け取り
- 稟議書発注書請求処理捺印申請などの総務的な業務全般
- 当該部署からの問い合わせ対応ＱＡ集を作成しシェアポイントにアップロード
必要なスキル求める人物像
- WordExcelPowerPointの使用経験
Word文章作成図表の挿入レベル
ExcelIFやVlookupなどの関数PivotTableグラフ作成など
PowerPoint基本的なテキストや図表の挿入 - 依頼を受けて処理するだけでなく機転が利き能動的に動ける方
