About this Job
This position is responsible for assisting professional engineer and/or higher level technicians in the performance of construction inspection work. The incumbent must be self-motivated and be able to perform duties many times with or without minimal supervision and also be able to interpret unforeseen conditions as they may arise. The incumbent will participate in appropriate DOTD structured training programs as appropriate and attend all continuing education classes and conferences deemed necessary to facilitate the performance of required tasks.

Career Progression: This job may be filled as a Construction Inspector 1 2 3 or 4. Compensation: Below is the starting biweekly rate for each level.
