Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and facility operations ensuring accurate receipt storage and distribution of materials and products. This role performs a wide variety of responsibilities including processing incoming stock picking and packing orders shipping inventory control and serving as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance needs. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining a clean efficient and safe warehouse environment while providing highquality service to internal and external customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare and process orders by pulling materials packing boxes and staging orders in the designated delivery area.
  • Process and deliver regular mail and incoming shipments throughout the facility.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions including unloading trucks verifying merchandise and organizing incoming materials.
  • Complete deliveries by operating company vehicles (truck or van) to pick up or deliver materials to vendors or job sites.
  • Serve as the point of contact for facility maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions as needed.
  • Maintain inventory controls by tracking stock locations printing requests and accurately documenting materials received or distributed using computer systems.
  • Assist in conducting physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain a safe clean and organized warehouse environment by sweeping dusting mopping and keeping shelves pallets and workstations neat and orderly.
  • Follow organizational standards to ensure consistent highquality service.
  • Prepare and complete required reports accurately and on time.
  • Participate in ongoing training educational workshops and industry publications to maintain technical knowledge.
  • Support team goals and contribute to collaborative warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail Sheets Docs Drive) and willingness to learn new software or warehouse management systems.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred (based on delivery responsibilities).
  • Ability to lift carry push or pull materials regularly in a warehouse environment
