Group Home Team Leader - Full-Time (40 hours per week) - $41820 per year

What You Need to Apply:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field required
One year of experience in a residential mental health setting required
Supervisory skills required
Knowledge of community resources and agencies preferred
Possession of a valid New Jersey drivers license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
Position Overview:
As a Residential Team Leader you will oversee an AGRP Residential Group Home ensuring the effective supervision of staff scheduling and compliance with DMHAS regulations. This role requires collecting and analyzing data for the programs Quality Improvement Plan including outcome measures resource utilization engagement and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans and clinical documentation while providing direct services to residents and supporting their integration into the community. Advocacy is a key component as you will collaborate with treatment providers to develop recovery-focused interventions. Additionally you will facilitate House Council meetings coordinate programming and be available for emergency situations providing coverage at residences as needed.
Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI) effectively engaging individuals served through engagement assessment and intervention.
A Background Check is required Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.
