Description

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers vendors and dealers delivering clear efficient and highquality support. Youll handle enquiries across phone and email manage contract updates maintain accurate documentation and help ensure smooth operational processes. With a strong focus on service accuracy and continuous improvement youll contribute to positive customer outcomes and support the overall efficiency of our team.

Day to day:

  • You will be providing exceptional customer services on the front-line handling contact with vendors dealers and customers via phone and email
  • Translating customer needs to the best customer outcomes
  • Making (administrative) changes in existing contracts throughout the lifetime of the agreement
  • Provide settlement quotations in line with process and agreement guidelines
  • Ensure HPI monitoring is continuously reviewed and kept up to date minimizing risk
  • Uploading invoices to third party platforms including Ariba and Coupa
  • Documenting and archiving data
  • Identifying and referring any new business opportunities
  • Support process improvements and contribute to the follow up of these improvement suggestions
  • Escalate complaints to the Complaints Team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accountability - taking ownership for the customer experience and have a passion for helping internal and external customers
  • Think commercially when making decisions and prioritising workload
  • Flexibility to adapt in the role to meet the needs of the business
  • Commitment to DLLs continuous process improvement (CPI) culture

Extras:

  • Experience in equipment leasing/vendor finance and/or customer service.
  • Ability to take responsibility and be proactive on new matters and projects
