For our Sales Management team we are looking for a working student in Hamburg. You will work with our Management team providing operational and strategic support.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership Support: Assist with sales strategies forecasting meeting preparations and leadership-related tasks
• CRM Admin Processes: Ensure high-quality data and support administrative processes in the internal CRM system
• Advance internal enhancement initiatives promotional strategies and event coordination
• Executive Team Support: Prepare presentations and provide direct support to the VP and Sales Management Team
• Plan and facilitate webinars and internal meetings as well as assist with training programs

Qualifications

We hope that you can recognize yourself in the following criteria:

• Enrolled in a Bachelors or early Masters Degree at a university or technical college in the fields of business administration industrial engineering or related fields
• Relevant previous internships or work experience
• Proficient with MS Office 365 especially CoPilot or AI Outlook Excel Word Power Point and Power BI
• Able to communicate in German and English professionally
• Being able to be present in the Hamburg Office

• Good organizational skills self-managed working methods and a high willingness to learn
• Looking for a working student job for approx. 20 hours per week
